摘要
为探讨农村居民认知能力对其消费升级的影响,以期从认知能力视角提出推动新发展格局的方法和策略,基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS),运用线性回归模型,实证分析并检验了农村居民认知能力对其消费升级的影响机理以及信息获取能力和资源分配能力在其中的中介作用。结果表明:1)包含字词识别能力和数学计算能力的认知能力能有效推动农村居民消费升级;2)信息获取能力在字词识别能力影响发展型和享受型消费中发挥中介效应,资源分配能力在数学计算能力影响各类消费中均发挥中介效应,信息获取能力使居民产生购买欲望,资源分配能力使居民合理管理购买欲望,促进消费升级;3)家庭规模较大、受教育水平较高的年轻已婚女性农村居民消费结构更优。这表明促进农村居民消费升级需要努力提高其认知能力。
This paper discusses the influence of rural residents’cognitive ability on their consumption upgrading,in order to put forward the methods and strategies to promote the new development pattern from the perspective of cognitive ability.Based on the data of Chinese Family Panel Studies(CFPS)in 2018,This paper empirically studies the impact of cognitive ability on consumption upgrading of rural residents and the mediating role of information acquisition and resource allocation abilities in it by using the linear regression model.The conclusions are as follows:1)Both word recognition ability and mathematical ability can effectively promote the upgrading of rural residents’consumption;2)Ability of information acquisition plays a mediating effect in the process of word recognition ability influencing the development and enjoyment consumptions,and enjoying one,and ability of resource allocation plays a mediating effect in the process of mathematical ability affecting all consumptions.The ability of information acquisition the residents to have the desire to purchase,and the ability of resource allocation enables makes the residents to manage the desire to purchase reasonably and promotes the upgrading of consumption;3)The consumption structure of young married female rural residents with large family size and higher education level is better.It is suggested that we should improve their cognitive ability to promote the upgrading of rural residents’consumption.
