东胜神东矿区露天矿端帮压煤充填回收煤柱稳定性分析 被引量:8

Analysis on Stability of Coal Pillar during Extracting Under-slope Coal in Open-pit Mine in Dongsheng Shendong Mining Area

摘要 露天矿端帮压煤造成资源浪费,采用充填方法可提高煤炭资源采出率。基于鄂尔多斯市某露天矿端帮压煤条件,建立端帮压煤充填开采的连续介质力学模型,给出了充填前后煤柱应力计算公式,采用Bieniawski和八面体强度理论计算得到充填前后煤柱留设尺寸最小分别为4.28、3.23 m,并利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件研究了开采进尺、煤柱宽度和充实率等因素对煤柱稳定性的影响。结果表明:开采进尺、煤柱尺寸和充实率分别达到4、5 m和90%,可保证煤柱稳定性。 Under-slope coal in open-pit mines cause resource waste, and the use of filling methods can increase the recovery rate of coal resources. Based on the conditions in an open-pit mine in Dongsheng Shendong mining area, a continuous medium mechanical model for under-slope coal filling mining is established, and the formula for calculating the stress of coal pillars before and after filling is given. Using Bieniawski and octahedral strength theory to calculate the minimum width of coal pillars,it before and after filling is 4.28 m and 3.23 m, respectively. And using FLAC3D numerical simulation software to study the influence of factors such as excavation dimension, coal pillar width and compression ratio on the stability of coal pillars, the results show that when the excavation dimension,coal pillar size and compression ratio are 4 m, 5 m and 90% respectively can ensure the stability of coal pillars.
