摘要
中国石油化工行业安全生产形势复杂多变,对企业安全生产管理提出了更高的要求。随着安全管理理念的不断发展更迭,过程安全管理已然成为新的管理措施和发展方向。文章对过程安全管理的发展历程进行了概述,并解释了过程安全管理的概念,对过程安全管理的要素实施方法进行了详细探讨并提出合理建议。
In China,the situation of safety production in petrochemical industry is complicated,which puts forward higher requirements for safety production management of enterprises.With the continuous development of safety management concept,process safety management has become a new management measure and development direction.This paper summarizes the development course of process safety management,explains the concept of process safety management,discusses in detail the implementation methods of several elements of process safety management and some suggestions are puts forward.
