活性炭和次氯酸钠协同在处理废水过程中的应用

摘要 活性炭因为具有较多的微孔以及较大的比表面积,常用作废水处理的关键材料。次氯酸钠具有极强的氧化性,在污水处理中常作为氧化剂来去除有机污染物。文章分别研究了单独使用活性炭、次氯酸钠以及两种材料协同处理废水的效果,以提高废水处理的效率。并采用对比法,研究单独使用活性炭、次氯酸钠时废水化学需氧量(COD)的变化,以及活性炭和次氯酸钠协同使用对废水COD变化的影响。结果显示两者协同处理废液时取样时间为3 h的COD值最小为208 mg/L(pH=5~6)。当pH=5、次氯酸钠含量为2‰时的处理效果最佳,因此活性炭和次氯酸钠协同使用能够更好地处理废水。 Activated carbon is often used as a key material for wastewater treatment because of its many micropores and large specif ic surface area.Sodium hypochlorite has strong oxidizability and is often used as an oxidant to remove organic pollutants in wastewater treatment.To improve the eff iciency of wastewater treatment,we studied the effect of using activated carbon,sodium hypochlorite and two kinds of materials separately.In this paper,the chemical oxygen demand(COD)of wastewater was analyzed by comparison method when activated carbon and sodium hypochlorite were used alone,and the effect of activated carbon and sodium hypochlorite on COD of wastewater was also studied.The results showed that the minimum COD value was 208 mg/L(pH=5-6)when the sampling time was 3 hours.When the pH value is 5 and the content of sodium hypochlorite is 2‰,the treatment effect is the best,so the combination of activated carbon and sodium hypochlorite can better treat the wastewater.
