摘要
无锡市基于有线数字电视网络,建设可管可控、平战结合的应急广播系统。利用广播覆盖面广、受众群体大、传播速度快的特点,传播党和政府的声音。随着应急广播体系建设不断完善,在无锡市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作中发挥重要宣传作用。从认知、态度、行为3个维度来考察应急广播效果,通过管理体制、运行机制、技术支撑3个方面来深化区(县)、街道(镇)、社区(村)3级应急广播体系建设,构建安全可靠的应急广播管控体系,提升面向基层的各类应急信息联动传播能力。
Based on the cable digital television network, Municipality Government of Wuxi has built a controllable emergency broadcasting system, which can be used during both peacetime and wartime. By making use of its characteristics of wide coverage, large audience base and fast communication speed, it effectively spreads the voice of the party and the government. With the continuous improvement of the emergency broadcasting system, it has played an important publicity role during the time of the epidemic prevention and control in Wuxi. To investigate the effectiveness of the emergency broadcasting from the dimensions of cognition, attitude and behavior, we should further construct the emergency broadcasting system of the district(county), street(town) and community(village) from the aspects of the management system, the operation mechanism and the technical support, so that a safe and reliable emergency broadcasting control system can be built, and the linkage communication ability of various emergency information for the base level can be improved.
