摘要 硬岩顶管在市政、公路中发展较为成熟,顶管工程以短距离、小直径为主,工程性质主要以埋设线路或雨污水管路,开挖方式大多为人工开挖。但对于水利工程中小断面长距离施工,采用传统的爆钻法,施工进度慢,安全风险高,为解决水利工程长距离隧洞的施工,重庆市观景口水利枢纽输水隧洞施工中探索改进顶管施工工艺,形成了较为成熟的长距离硬岩顶管施工工艺。 Hard rock pipe jacking has been widely adopted in city and highway construction.The pipe jacking is mainly used for short distance and small diameter buried lines or rainwater and sewage pipelines that are mostly excavated by men.However,for long distance and small and medium sized sections of water structures,the traditional blasting drilling method may slow the construction progress and has relatively high risks.In order to overcome difficulties in long distance tunnel construction,improvement has been made to pipe jacking construction technology which was employed in water conveyance tunnels of the Guanjingkou Multi-purpose Project of Chongqing City for long distance hard rock pipe jacking construction.
