摘要
目的探究鼻咽癌放疗后鼻咽部出血原因分析及治疗对策。方法 2018年10月~2020年10月,抽取本院收治的鼻咽癌放疗后鼻咽部出血患者30例进行研究,经以上资料进行分析,寻找引发鼻咽部出血的原因,并给予针对性治疗,评价治疗效果。结果 30例患者中,引起出血原因为肿瘤复发(5例)、鼻咽内肉芽坏死并伴有颅底骨坏死(12例)、假性动脉瘤破裂出血(8例)、全身远处转移死亡(5例)。经针对性治疗,发现死亡患者5例,死亡率16.7%。结论探究鼻咽癌放疗后鼻咽部出血原因,并给予针对性的治疗对策,对提升治疗针对性、减少死亡率具有重要作用,值得推荐。
Objective To explore the causes of nasopharyngeal hemorrhage after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and treatment strategies. Methods From October 2018 to October 2020, 30 patients with nasopharyngeal bleeding after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected for research in our hospital. The above data were analyzed to find the cause of nasopharyngeal bleeding, and targeted Sexual treatment, evaluation of treatment effect. Results Among 30 patients, the cause of bleeding was tumor recurrence(5 cases), intranasopharyngeal granulation necrosis accompanied by skull base osteonecrosis(12 cases), pseudoaneurysm rupture and bleeding(8 cases), and distant metastases throughout the body Death(5 cases). After targeted treatment, 5 patients were found dead, with a mortality rate of 16.7%. Conclusion Exploring the causes of nasopharyngeal bleeding after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and giving targeted treatment strategies, play an important role in improving the pertinence of treatment and reducing mortality. It is worth recommending.
