2019年河南省饮水型地方性氟中毒病区监测结果分析 被引量:7

Analysis of monitoring results of drinking water-borne endemic fluorosis areas of Henan Province in 2019

摘要 目的了解河南省饮水型地方性氟中毒防治进展,评价防治措施效果,为调整防控策略提供依据。方法2019年,对河南省所有登记在册的饮水型地方性氟中毒病区村进行普查,对病区村的改水情况、生活饮用水氟含量和8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病情况进行监测;分析病区村控制达标(水氟合格且儿童氟斑牙检出率≤30%)情况,计算达标率。结果共监测病区村17504个,其中改水村17352个、未改水村152个,改水率为99.1%;共建设改水工程3685个,正常运转工程3448个,改水工程正常运转率为93.6%。居民生活饮用水氟含量合格村13526个,水氟合格率为77.3%;实际受益人口约1101.10万人,人口受益率为90.1%;改水村和未改水村水氟合格率分别为77.9%(13512/17352)、9.2%(14/152),改水村显著高于未改水村(χ^(2)=400.58,P<0.05)。共检查8~12岁儿童498527人,检出氟斑牙68972例,氟斑牙总检出率为13.84%,氟斑牙指数为0.3。全省共有控制达标村12488个,达标率为71.3%。结论河南省饮水型地方性氟中毒病区已基本落实改水措施,病情得到有效控制;但与《全国地方病防治"十三五"规划》目标尚有一定差距,需要及时进行整改,确保改水工程发挥实效。 Objective To understand the prevention and control progress of drinking water-borne endemic fluorosis in Henan Province,to evaluate the effects of prevention and control measures,and provide a basis for adjusting prevention and control strategies.Methods In 2019,a general survey was conducted in all registered drinking water-borne endemic fluorosis villages in Henan Province to monitor the basic conditions of water improvement,the fluoride content of drinking water and the prevalence of dental fluorosis in children aged 8-12 years.The control compliance(water fluoride content qualified and the detection rate of dental fluorosis of children≤30%)status of the villages was analyzed,and calculate the compliance rate.Results A total of 17504 drinking water-borne endemic fluorosis villages were monitored,among them,17352 villages with water improvement and 152 villages without water improvement,with a water improvement rate of 99.1%.Among the 3685 water improvement projects constructed,3448 were in normal operation,and the normal operation rate was 93.6%.There were 13526 villages with qualified drinking water fluoride content,and the qualified rate of water fluorine was 77.3%;the actual beneficiary population was 11011000,and the population benefit rate was 90.1%.The qualified rate of water fluoride in the villages with and without water improvement was 77.9%(13512/17352)and 9.2%(14/152),respectively;the qualified rate of water fluoride in the villages with water improvement was significantly higher than that in the villages without water improvement(χ^(2)=400.58,P<0.05).A total of 498527 children of 8 to 12 years old were examined,68972 cases of dental fluorosis were detected,the detection rate of dental fluorosis was 13.84%,and the dental fluorosis index was 0.3.The number of villages meeting the control standard was 12488,and the compliance rate was 71.3%.Conclusions In Henan Province,the water improvement projects in the drinking water-borne endemic fluorosis areas have been basically implemented,and the disease
