摘要
考虑到智库是国家决策咨询系统和体系的重要组成部分,且我国从事智库研究的人才队伍也日趋壮大,此研究聚焦于我国智库人才队伍的现状特征,通过履历分析方法查找到我国419家智库机构中7570名智库人才队伍的相关履历信息,编码形成了我国智库人才队伍基础信息数据库。基于数据库相关信息分析我国智库人才队伍的基本特征,重点研究了智库人员的教育背景与工作流动经历等。研究发现:智库人才队伍中以男性为主,职称呈倒金字塔结构,所学专业以经济学为主,超过50%的智库人员有过工作流动经历等。最后基于分析结果并结合我国智库发展态势,提出了我国智库人才队伍建设的相关建议。
Considering that think tanks are an important part of a national decision-making advisory system, and the talent team engaged in think tank research in China is increasingly growing, this study focused on the present situation and features of China’s think tanks, and analyzed the basic characteristics of the personnel, especially their educational background and job-changing experiences by looking up 7570 personal resumes of the personnel in 419 think tanks through the CV analysis method for coding to form the basic information database of the personnel of China’s think tanks. The study found that most of the talents are male, their professional titles are structured like inverted pyramid, their major is economics, and more than half of them have the experience of job mobility. Based on the analysis results and the abovementioned development trend of think tanks in China, related suggestions on cultivating qualified personnel for think tanks in China were put forward.
