摘要
目的 分析综合康复干预对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复的影响。方法 70例慢性精神分裂症患者,采用随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合康复干预。比较两组患者疾病改善情况及社会功能改善情况。结果 干预6个月后,观察组简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分(46.25±4.68)分低于治疗前,且低于对照组的(49.02±6.03)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预12个月后,两组BPRS评分均低于干预前,且观察组BPRS评分(39.11±4.11)分低于对照组的(43.18±4.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)评分均高于干预前,且观察组GQOLI-74评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)评分均低于干预前,且观察组SSPI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 慢性精神分裂症患者应用综合康复干预,可有效提升远期康复效果及社会功能、生活质量,临床应用价值理想。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on the recovery of social function in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into control group and observation group according to random lottery method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group.The improvement of disease and social function were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of intervention,the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score of the observation group(46.25±4.68)points was lower than that before treatment and(49.02±6.03)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of intervention,BPRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and BPRS score(39.11±4.11)points of the observation group was lower than(43.18±4.28)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and GQOLI-74 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,scale of social function of psychosis inpatients(SSPI)scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and SSPI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation intervention has ideal clinical value in patients chronic schizophrenia,and it can effectively improve the long-term rehabilitation effect,social function and quality of life of patients.
