摘要
目的 分析在小儿肺炎治疗中应用氨溴索氯化钠静脉滴注+布地奈德雾化吸入治疗对症状消退的促进效果。方法 60例小儿肺炎患儿,随机分为实验组与对照组,各30例。给予对照组氨溴索氯化钠静脉滴注,给予实验组氨溴索氯化钠静脉滴注联合布地奈德雾化吸入。对比两组临床症状、体征消退时间、治疗效果。结果 实验组咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、气促消失时间、退热时间以及喘憋缓解时间分别为(4.54±1.26)d、(5.24±1.26)d、(4.15±0.89)d、(2.58±0.67)d、(3.48±0.96)h,均短于对照组的(6.87±1.58)d、(7.18±1.39)d、(6.74±1.36)d、(1.96±0.38)d、(6.58±1.47)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 氨溴索氯化钠静脉滴注联合布地奈德雾化吸入应用于小儿肺炎的治疗中,能够有效促进临床症状的消退,治疗效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of ambroxol sodium chloride intravenous drip combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in promoting symptom resolution of neonatal pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 cases of neonatal pneumonia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol sodium chloride intravenous drip,and the experimental group was treated with ambroxol sodium chloride intravenous drip and budesonide aerosol inhalation.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical symptoms,disappearance time of signs and therapeutic effect.Results The cough disappearance time,disappearance time of pulmonary rales,disappearance time of shortness of breath,antipyretic time and wheezing relief time were(4.54±1.26)d,(5.24±1.26)d,(4.15±0.89)d,(2.58±0.67)d and(3.48±0.96)h in the experimental group,respectively,which were shorter than(6.87±1.58)d,(7.18±1.39)d,(6.74±1.36)d,(1.96±0.38)d,(6.58±1.47)h in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 100.00%in the experimental group,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of ambroxol sodium chloride intravenous drip and budesonide aerosol inhalation has significant therapeutic effect on the treatment of neonatal pneumonia,and it can effectively improve the resolution of clinical symptoms,which is worthy of promotion.
