摘要
为降低沥青路面路表温度以提高其高温抗车辙性能,研发一种水性聚氨酯热反射涂层,并对涂层的黏附性能、抗滑性能以及耐磨性能等路用性能进行研究。试验结果表明:涂层试件经拉拔试验后的拉力值与拉拔强度随涂料用量增加而增大,当涂料用量为0.3~0.9 kg/m^(2)时,涂层黏附性能优良;随着涂料用量增加,3种级配试件表面涂层摆值均逐渐下降,且在同一涂料用量下,3种级配试件表面涂层摆值依次为:OGFC>SMA>AC;经加速磨光试验,水性聚氨酯热反射涂层的耐磨性能最佳,其次为水性丙烯酸热反射涂层和水性聚酯热反射涂层,最后为水性环氧树脂热反射涂层。研究结果可为类似工程提供借鉴。
To reduce the surface temperature of asphalt pavement&improve its high-temperature rutting resistance,a waterborne polyurethane thermal reflective coating is developed,and the road properties such as adhesion,skid resistance&wear resistance of the coating are studied.The test results show that the tensile value&drawing strength of the coated specimen increase with the increase of the amount of coating.When the amount of coating is 0.3~0.9 kg/m^(2),the adhesion performance of the coating is excellent;with the increase of coating dosage,the surface coating swing values of the three graded specimens gradually decreased,and under the same coating dosage,the surface coating swing values of the three graded specimens are as follows:OGFC>SMA>AC;through accelerated polishing test,the wear resistance of waterborne polyurethane thermal reflective coating is the best,followed by waterborne acrylic thermal reflective coating,waterborne polyester thermal reflective coating and finally waterborne epoxy thermal reflective coating.The research results can provide references for similar projects.
