摘要
农民是农业生产经营的主体,是农业科技的主要接受者和应用者。农业新技术只有被农民接受,才能转化为现实的生产力。农民科学素质的高低影响他们对新科技的认识、接受和应用,进而影响农业科学技术的发展。而农业科学技术作为一种进步力量,对农民的全面发展、农民科学素质的提高和现代化农民的造就都起着重要的作用。农民应当通过教育培训丰富自身科学知识,更重要的是在运用科技进行农业生产的实践中增强自身的科学素质;两者之间有实现良性互动的内在根据,也需要实现良性互动的外部环境。
Farmers are the main body of agricultural production and management,and the main recipients and applicators of agricultural science and technology.New agricultural technology can be transformed into realistic productivity only by farmers’accepting it and using it.Farmers’scientific quality affects their understanding,acceptance and application of new science and technology,thus affecting the development of agricultural science and technology.Agricultural science and technology,as a kind of civilized force,plays an important role in the all-round development of farmers,the improvement of farmers’scientific quality and the training of modern farmers.On the one hand,farmers can enrich their scientific knowledge through education and training,but what is more important is to enhance their own scientific quality in the application of science and technology in agricultural production practice.There is an internal basis for achieving a benign interaction between them,which need an optimized external environment.
