氮添加对辽东山区落叶松人工林土壤碳氮的影响 被引量:1

Effects of nitrogen addition on soil carbon and nitrogen characteristics

摘要 在工业发达、农业集约化程度较高的区域氮沉降增高仍然很突出。为明晰氮沉降类型及其强度对土壤碳氮的影响,研究了多形态、多水平氮添加下落叶松人工林的土壤碳排放及土壤碳氮的变化。结果表明,NH_(4)^(+)-N添加低、中、高3种水平每年土壤碳排放量分别比对照增加了253.81、17.15和5.69 g C·m^(-2);NO_(3)^(-)-N添加低、中氮两种水平分别比对照增加了203.37和111.06 g C·m^(-2),而高氮水平减少了47.14 g C·m^(-2)。两种形态氮素添加下土壤铵态氮含量变化微小,而硝态氮含量则在逐年升高,土壤微生物生物量碳呈现出降低的趋势,而土壤微生物生物量氮表现出升高的规律。双因素方差分析显示氮素形态对土壤铵态氮及微生物量碳、氮含量均有显著的影响,而氮添加水平仅对土壤硝态氮含量有显著的影响。 The increase of nitrogen deposition is still prominent in the regions with developed industry and high agricultural intensification.The soil carbon emission and soil property changes of Larch plantation with multi-form and multi-level nitrogen addition were studied in the present study to clarify the nitrogen deposition types and the effects of itensity on soil property.It showed that the annual soil carbon emission of the low,medium and high NH_(4)^(+)-N addition increased by 253.81,17.15 and 5.69 g C·m^(-2),respectively,compared with the plots without nitrogen addition.The low and medium NO_(3)^(-)-N addition increased by 203.37 and 111.06 g C·m^(-2),respectively,while high NO_(3)^(-)-N addition decreased by 47.14 g C·m^(-2).Soil ammonium nitrogen content changed slightly with the addition of the two forms of nitrogen,while nitrate nitrogen content increased year by year.Soil microbial biomass carbon showed a decreasing trend,while soil microbial biomass nitrogen showed a rising changes.However,the variation of soil properties at different nitrogen addition levels was complicated.Two-factor analysis of variance showed that the nitrogen types had significant effects on soil ammonium nitrogen and microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content.However,the nitrogen addition only had significant effect on soil nitrate nitrogen content.
