摘要
"十三五"期间黑龙江省冰雪竞技体育紧紧围绕备战北京冬奥会做了大量有针对性的工作:融入中心,高标定位,全力做好冬奥备战任务;优化布局,深挖优势,保障全项目参赛;联办联建,跨界跨项,提升备战效果;科技助力,强化保障,提升保障标准;实现"3个40%"的备战目标,取得了宝贵的经验。但也面临着国家赛事改革带来的挑战,训练理念、水平仍有短板,后备人才梯队模式弱化,体育科技助力仍不足等问题。提出从抓实抓细北京冬奥会备战工作入手;强化冬季后备人才建设;拓宽冬季后备人才渠道;加强教练员队伍建设,为"十四五"龙江冰雪竞技体育发展注入新动力。
"During the 13th Five Year Plan period,Heilongjiang ice and snow competitive sports has done a lot of targeted work closely around the preparation for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games,integrated into the center,high-standard positioning,and made every effort to do a good job in the Winter Olympic preparation task;Optimize the layout,dig deep into advantages and ensure the participation of the whole project;Joint office and construction,cross-border and cross project,and improve the effect of war preparation;With the help of science and technology,strengthen the guarantee and improve the guarantee standard;We have achieved the goal of"three 40%"and gained valuable experience.However,it is also facing the challenges brought by the national event reform,the training concept and level are still short,the reserve talent echelon model is weakened,and the assistance of sports science and technology is still insufficient.It is proposed to start with paying close attention to the preparations for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games;Strengthen the construction of reserve talents in winter;Broaden the channels of reserve talents in winter;Strengthen the construction of coaches to inject new impetus into the development of ice and snow competitive sports in Longjiang during the 14th five year plan.
