摘要
在新船设计中,为了满足2025年IMO能效设计指数(EEDI)第三阶段的要求,需要大幅降低碳排放。增加船舶轴带发电机(轴发)是最便捷的方案,不仅可以有效降低船舶CO_(2)排放,而且还可以节能从而降低营运成本。本文从轴发的驱动方式、运行工况、功率需求方面出发,得出轴发系统的合理配置方案及其与主机功率的配合,并对轴发的节能效益对船舶经济性的影响进行了分析。本文提出的方案对船舶的绿色设计具有参考价值。
In order to meet the requirements for phase III of IMO energy efficiency design index(EEDI)in 2025 for ships,carbon emissions need to be greatly reduced.The solution of adding shaft generators(SGs)is proposed.The drive mode of the shaft generator,operating conditions and power demand are discussed.Then,the system configuration and power matching with main engine are presented.And then,the energy saving benefit of shaft generator and its effect to ship cost efficiency are analyzed.The solution proposed above could provide reference for green ship design.
