摘要
在新的发展形势下,新型能源开发利用正向绿色低碳转型,但受国际大环境的影响,能源开发利用转型存在极大的困难。石油的开采阻碍着清洁能源转型计划的实施,使自然能源的开发利用无法向绿色低碳环保转型。
Under the new development situation,the development and utilization of new energy is transforming to green and lowcarbon.However,affected by the international environment,there are great difficulties in the transformation of energy development and utilization.The exploitation of oil hinders the implementation of the clean energy transformation plan,making the development and utilization of natural energy unable to transform to green,low-carbon and environmental protection.
