山东运河文化遗产旅游开发现状及策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 大运河山东段文化遗产资源丰富,申遗成功后,如何在保护的前提下实现山东运河文化遗产旅游的可持续发展是当前面临的一项重要课题。虽然山东运河沿岸地区对运河文化旅游开发高度重视,取得了显著成效,但同时也存在水环境问题突出、缺少统筹协调、旅游产品较为单一、基础设施相对滞后等问题和不足。针对以上问题和不足,山东省应坚持可持续发展、保护和利用相结合、特色开发、市场化导向等原则,采取加强宣传推介、促进区域合作、优化空间布局、丰富产品体系、提升服务能力、打造特色旅游品牌等举措,在保护运河文化遗产的前提下,对其进行科学、合理的开发,促进沿线地区经济和社会发展。 The Shandong section of the Grand Canal is rich in cultural heritage resources.After succeeding in applying for World Cultural Heritage,how to attain the sustainable development of Shandong Canal cultural heritage tourism under the premise of protection is an important issue we currently face.Although the areas along Shandong section of the Canal attach great importance to the development of Canal cultural tourism and have achieved remarkable results,there are also problems and deficiencies,such as serious problems of water environment,lack of overall coordination,rather simple tourist products,and relatively lagging infrastructure etc.In response to the above problems and deficiencies,Shandong province should adhere to the principles of sustainable development,combination of protection and utilization,characteristic development,and market-oriented guidance as well.Measures such as strengthening publicity and promotion,stimulating regional cooperation,optimizing the spatial layout,enriching the product system,enhancing service capabilities,and creating distinctive tourist brands should be taken.We should develop it scientifically and reasonably to promote the economy and social development of the regions along the Canal on the premise of protecting the cultural heritage of the Canal.
