摘要
高校要注重在教育管理过程中融合“以人为本”的理念,给学生创设良好的成长环境,满足学生的学习与成长需求,促进教育管理水平的进一步提升。文章结合教学实践简述高校教育管理融合“以人为本”理念的必要性,指出当前高校教育教学管理存在的问题与困境,并从提高对“以人为本”理念的认识、注重创新教育教学模式、注重营造良好的校园文化氛围、注重对学生进行正向的思想政治教育、提高班级凝聚力以形成良好班风、重视家庭教育与学校教育的结合、注重开展情感体验活动几个方面,探讨高校教育管理融合“以人为本”理念的策略与方法。
Colleges and universities should pay attention to the integration of the concept of"people-oriented"in the process of educational management,create a good growth environment for students,meet students'learning and growth needs,and promote the further improvement of educational management level.Combined with teaching practice,this paper briefly describes the necessity of integrating the concept of"people-oriented"in college education management,points out the problems and difficulties existing in the current college education and teaching management,and from improving the understanding of the concept of"people-oriented",paying attention to innovating the education and teaching mode,paying attention to creating a good campus cultural atmosphere,paying attention to positive ideological and political education for students This paper discusses the strategies and methods of integrating the concept of"people-oriented"in college education management from the aspects of improving class cohesion to form a good class style,paying attention to the combination of family education and school education,and paying attention to emotional experience activities.
