高校思政课专题教学实效性的影响因素分析 被引量:2

Analysis on Influencing Factors on the Effectiveness of Seminar Courses Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges by Structural Equation Model

摘要 采用结构方程模型分析法,依托问卷调查获取的2021份数据,对高校思想政治理论课专题教学实效性的影响因素开展研究,探索学生因素、教师因素和教学因素对高校思政课专题教学实效性的影响路径与影响效果。研究结果显示,学生因素与教师因素对高校思政课专题教学实效性具有正向直接影响、正向间接影响,教学因素对高校思政课专题教学实效性具有正向直接影响。提出的建议是:建立促进双主体互动的共进机制,建立丰富教学内容的共育机制,建立创新教学方式的共鸣机制,建立优化教学组织与教学氛围的共生机制。 Based on the structural equation model analysis method and 2021 data obtained from questionnaire survey,this paper studies the influencing factors of the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course special teaching in colleges and universities,and explores the influence path and effect of student factos,teacher factors and teaching factors on the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course special teaching in colleges and universities. The research results reveal that student factors and teaching factors have respectively positive-direct impact on the effectiveness of ideological and political course teaching,while the teacher factors has positive-indirect influence on the effectiveness. The suggestions are to establish a co-development mechanism for promoting the double subjects interation,the co-education mechanism of enrinching teaching content,the resonance mechanism of innovative teaching methods and the symbiotic mechanism of optimizing teaching organization and teaching atmosphere.
