摘要
高职院校教师党支部在规范化建设方面还存在着工作不规范、组织生活乏味、教学党建“两张皮”、支部引领作用发挥不够等现象。针对这种情况提出规范化建设途径,进而提升教师党支部的建设水平,充分发挥教师党支部的战斗堡垒作用。
There are some problems in the standardization construction of the Party branch of teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as non-standard working,boring organizational activities,inconsistency in teaching and Party construction,and the in sufficient leading role of the Party branches.Some methods are put forward for the standardized construction of the Party branches,so as to promote the construction level and give full play to the key role of the Party branch of teachers.
