摘要
轨道交通对城市职住空间布局起引导和调节作用,对城市的可持续发展具有重要意义。文章以北京市轨道交通设施周边的重要节点地区及站点周边区域为研究范围,探索北京市轨道交通对职住空间结构的影响,并与上海的研究结果进行比较,研究两地空间布局的差异性。研究表明,在轨道交通网络的影响范围之内,北京市职住空间结构总体上呈现出"隆脊"的显著集聚现象,有助于形成不同规模的就业、居住中心,有利于提高各区域、次区域的土地利用效率。
Rail transit plays a vital role in guiding and regulating the job-housing space layout,so it is of great significance to the sustainable development of the city.Based on the analysis of household travel data in Beijing,the results show that the distribution of jobs or housing will show a significant“ridge agglomeration”effect by the influence of rail transit,which can lead to the formation different job or housing spots overall.The rail transit can provide the channel and force for the diffusion of job-housing population,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of land use.The rail transit is conducive to guiding the renewal of job-housing spatial layout,making Beijing more flexible to adapt to its future trend of social-economic development.It is also in the line with the newest comprehensive plan of Beijing:some of the city functions(such as some part of public services)in the core area of Beijing should transfer to elsewhere by rail transit;and others(such as service sectors)that need concentration can be more centripetal by the rail transit.Meanwhile,there still remains several challenges to face according to the analysis.How to encounter them accurately and efficiently will be the key for Beijing’s rail transit to play a constructive role in the future.
