摘要 针对目前加氢站压缩机排气温度过高和卸氢效率低的问题,在简要介绍了加氢站的工艺概况和氢气压缩机使用情况的基础上,提出了加氢站压缩机设计选型的两点建议:一是采用两级或多级压缩,降低各级压缩比,保证排气温度符合标准;二是分进气压力段设计压缩机级数,保证加氢站的安全运行。 In view of the problems of high discharge temperature and low hydrogen unloading efficiency of the compressor in the hydrogen refueling station,based on the brief introduction of the process overview of the hydrogen refueling station and the usage of the hydrogen compressor,two suggestions on the design and selection of the compressor in the hydrogen refueling station are put forward.Firstly,two-stage or multi-stage compressor is adopted to reduce the compression ratio at all levels to ensure that the discharge temperature meets the standard.Secondly,the compressor stages are designed,respectively,for different inlet pressure section to ensure the safe operation of the hydrogen refueling station.
