摘要
脱脂处理对于防止松木在加工和使用中出现溢脂现象,提高松木制品的使用性能具有重要意义。在介绍松木构造特征和加工利用的基础上,阐述了松脂的化学成分组成、物理和化学性质及其对松木性能的影响,并总结了物理法、化学法和综合法脱脂的原理、效果与研究进展,探讨了不同方法的优势和不足。最后提出了未来的研究与发展方向。
Degreasing treatment is of great significance to prevent resin spilling during the processing and usage of pine wood,as well as to improve the performance of pine products.Based on the brief introduction of the structural characteristics and processing utilization of pine wood,the chemical composition,physical and chemical properties of pine resin,and their effects on the properties of pine wood were expounded.The principles,effects,and research progress of degreasing methods including physical,chemical,and comprehensive were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of those methods were discussed.Finally,the future research and development direction are put forward.
