摘要
通过回顾和梳理国内外相关研究,以及基于计划行为理论,从领导者视角出发界定了领导纳谏行为的内涵,并构建了意向生成和动能发挥的两阶段领导纳谏行为整合模型。研究结果发现,领导者的纳谏态度、纳谏主观规范和知觉纳谏行为控制会影响领导纳谏意向;领导纳谏意向在转变为具体纳谏行为的过程中会受到领导特质、组织情境和知觉行为控制的调节。尔后,在此基础上,从概念探索、模型拓展、实证检验等方面对未来相关研究方向进行了展望。
By reviewing and combing relevant studies both domestic and overseas,and based on the theory of planned behavior,this study defines the connotation of leader voice-taking behavior from the leader perspective and constructs a two-stage leader voice-taking integrated model of intention formation and behavior transformation.The results show that the leader’s voice-taking attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control can affect the leader voice-taking intention,and the transformation from leader voice-taking intention to actual voice-taking behavior is moderated by leader’s characteristics,organizational context,and perceived behavior control.Finally,on this basis,the future research direction is prospected from the aspects of conceptual exploration,model expansion,and empirical test.
