面向旋转部件传热试验的无线遥测装置设计

摘要 为满足旋转部件传热试验参数的高速实时采集需求,设计了一种基于无线传输的旋转部件传热试验参数的非接触传输系统。系统通过热电偶信号采集模块将温度信号进行采样放大,通过主控板ADC转化后,由UART串口发送到无线发射端。数据在无线接收端被接收后进行转换,通过USB接口上传给上位机程序,上位机程序对采集到的参数进行解析和显示。所设计的无线遥测装置通讯速率可达到2.4 kbit/s,为旋转部件热管理试验非接触参数传输提供了一种可靠方法。 In order to meet the demand for high-speed real-time acquisition of thermal management test parameters of rotating parts,a non-contact transmission system based on wireless transmission of thermal management test parameters of rotating parts was designed.In this system,the thermocouple signal acquisition module was designed to sample and amplify the temperature signal.After the data was converted by the main control board ADC,it was sent to the wireless transmitter by the UART serial port.The data was converted after being accepted by the wireless receiver,and uploaded to the upper computer program through the USB interface,and the collected parameters were analyzed and displayed in the upper computer program.The communication rate of the wireless telemetry device designed can reach 2.4 kbit/s,which provided a reliable method for non-contact parameter transmission in the thermal management test of rotating parts.
