摘要
重型装备制造产品质量要求严格。将全面质量管理理念运用到岸边集装箱起重机制造过程中,探索了一种质量预防、过程管控、问题攻关的质量管控新模式。该模式能够系统性提升产品制造过程中的报验合格率、综合品质水平和客户满意度。
Heavy equipment manufacturing has strict product quality requirements.The concept of total quality management is applied to the manufacturing process of quayside container crane,and a new quality control mode of quality prevention,process control and problem solving is explored.This model can systematically improve the inspection qualification rate,comprehensive quality level and customer satisfaction in the process of product manufacturing.
