摘要
核电厂网络安全应急响应包括安全事件定级、应急启动、应急处置和后期处理4个阶段。本文研究了核电厂网络安全应急预案设计原则和方案,并给出了网络安全应急决策支持系统的系统设计,辅助运维人员识别早期症状,分析网络安全事件原因,预测可能后果并进行正确决策。
Cyber security emergency response of nuclear power plant includes four stages: security incident grading, emergency start-up, emergency disposal and post-processing. This paper studies the design principle and scheme of cyber security emergency plan of nuclear power plant, and gives the system design of cyber security emergency decision support system, which helps the operation and maintenance personnel to identify early symptoms, analyze the causes of cyber security incidents, predict the possible consequences and make correct decisions.
