摘要
当前,国际环境日趋复杂,随着全球化进程的不断推进,"逆全球化"潮流涌现,对世界的政治格局、经济秩序、文化交流造成了极大影响。通过对"逆全球化"表现的全面总结和成因的深入剖析,有利于对"逆全球化"思潮进行准确、客观、全面的把握。在马克思世界历史理论的视野下,"逆全球化"只是全球化进程中的一股逆流,它背离了人类社会发展的内在规律和必然趋势。全球化势不可挡,但同时也需要新的理论阐释和概念建构。中国方案有力回应了时代之问,对世界经济的新发展和全球治理具有重要意义。
At present,the world we live in is increasingly complex.In the continuous progress of globalization,the trend of"anti-globalization"keeps emerging,which has exerted a great impact on the world's political structure,economic order and cultural exchanges.Through deep reflection on the phenomena and causes of"anti-globalization",the essence of"anti-globalization"is summed up,which is conducive to an accurate,objective and comprehensive grasp of the trend and thought of"anti-globalization"."Anti-globalization"is only a small countercurrent in the process of globalization.In line with the development trend of human history,globalization is irresistible,but at the same time,it needs new thinking and theoretical construction.China's plan answers the questions of the times and is of great significance to the new global development and governance.
