摘要
为了随着我国工业化进程的不断推进,为了更长远的发展,节能减排、双碳已经上升为国家的战略布局,企业应该从自身出发,从多方面深化改革。压缩机组在石油、冶金等领域被广泛应用,更是充当着重要的角色,所以对目前的国内压缩机组进行技术创新并改造显得尤为重要,而最好的方式是高速电机直驱的方式将传统的普通电机带增速齿轮箱的传动方式进行全面替代,不仅可以从制造源头上降低生产的成本,更是节约了能量。另外直驱的方式省去中间传动机构能最大化的实现效率最优化,进一步实现了节能化改造。本文运用Ansys Maxwell软件对陕鼓集团的不同电机进行数值模拟计算,并对同功率的高速电机也进行数值模拟,得出了结论,证明了压缩机组高速化直驱替代是更好的方案。
With the continuous advancement of China’s industrialization process,a longer term development,energy conservation,emission reduction,double carbon have become the strategic layout of the country.Enterprises should start from their own,from various aspects of deepening reform.Compressor unit is widely used in petroleum,metallurgy,and other fields.It plays an important role,so the current domestic compressor technology innovation and renovation is particularly important,and the best way is the way of high-speed motor direct driving take traditional ordinary motor growth gearbox transmission way to conduct a comprehensive alternative,It not only can reduce the cost of production from the manufacturing source,but also can save energy.In addition,the direct drive method eliminates the intermediate transmission mechanism to maximize the realization of efficiency optimization,and further realizes the energy-saving transformation.In this paper,Maxwell software is used to carry out numerical simulation of different motors of ShaanGu Group,and the high-speed motor with same output power is also carried out numerical simulation,the conclusion is drawn,which proves that the replacement of high-speed direct drive compressor unit is a better scheme.
