摘要
观察丹参白芷胶囊对人体黄褐斑祛除效果.将120例黄褐斑受试者随机分为对照组和试食组,试食剂组给予丹参白芷胶囊,对照组给予安慰剂,2次/天,3粒/次.受试者在试食期间保持原来生活和饮食习惯,正常饮食,停止使用其他口服及外用养颜祛斑产品.连续食用30天后,观察黄褐斑面积、颜色深浅、有无新的黄褐斑出现,血液、粪便及尿常规、血生化指标、胸透、心电图、腹部B超及不良反应等.试食30天后,试食组黄褐斑面积减少14.11%,有效率为65.52%;黄褐斑颜色平均下降0.66,有效率为65.52%,与试食前及对照组相比均差异显著(P<0.01).且两组受试者均未观察到新的黄褐斑产生,总有效率高达82.76%,且无过敏及不良反应.表明丹参白芷胶囊具有显著的祛黄褐斑效果,且安全性高,值得推广.
To observe the removing effect of danshen dahurica capsule on human chloasma.A total of 120 subjects with chloasma were randomly divided into control group and feeding group,the trial group was given salvia miltiorrhiza dahuricae capsule,and the control group was given placebo,take three pills twice a day.During the trial period,the subjects will maintain their original living and eating habits,eat normally,and stop using other oral and topical products to nourish and remove skin spots.After 30 days of continuous consumption,the area and color of chloasma and whether there is a new chloasma were observed,and the blood stool,urine,routine blood biochemical indexes,chest X-ray,elertrocardiogram,abdominal B-ultrasound and adverse reactions also were observed.After 30 days of feeding,the area of chloasma decreased by 14.11% and the effective rate was 65.52%.The color of chloasma decreased by 0.66 on average,and the effective rate was 65.52%,which was significantly different from that before and in the control group(P<0.01).No new chloasma was observed in the two groups of subjects,and the total effective rate was as high as 82.76%,and there was no allergy or adverse reaction,indicating that Danshen dahurica capsule has a significant effect of removing chloasma,and it is safe and worthy of promotion.
