三系杂交籼稻恢复系‘Q恢28’生态适应性分析

摘要 三系恢复系‘Q恢28’与多个不育系配的组合先后16次通过多个稻区省级以上审定或引种。为分析组合的广适性是否与‘Q恢28’有关,本研究通过分期播种、氮肥和多点试验,结合区试结果,分析了抽穗灌浆期温度对‘Q恢28’及其杂交组合结实与品质影响,‘Q恢28’及其杂交组合对不同肥力和生态适应性。结果表明,它具有较强的抽穗期高低温适应性,结实率在5个恢复系中排第2,但差异不显著;‘Q恢28’和‘蜀恢527’及组合垩白变异系数(CV)相近,垩白在不同生态点差异不显著,较钝感;在N0、N3、N6和N9等4个氮水平,‘Q恢28’在5个恢复系中高稳系数(HSC)最高,证明其对氮肥敏感度最低,较耐低氮。上述研究表明可能是‘Q恢28’的抽穗期高低温适应性和耐低氮特性决定了其所配品种的广适性。 Combinations of three-line restorer’Qhui28’with several sterile lines have been approved or introduced by provincial level or above in many rice regions for 16 times.In order to analyze whether combinations wide adaptability related to’Qhui28’,this study analyzed the effects of temperature at heading and filling stage on seed setting and grain quality and combinations by staged sowing,nitrogen fertilizer experiment and multi-ecological spot experiment,combined with regional test results of varieties.Additionally,the adaptability of’Qhui28’and its hybrid combinations to different fertility and ecological region were tested.The results showed that it has strong adaptab-ility to high and low temperature at heading stage,and seed setting rate ranks second among the 5 restorer lines,but there is no significant difference.The chalkiness variation coefficient(CV)of’Qhui28’,’Shuhui527’and their combinations were similar,and chalkiness trait had no significant difference in different ecological points,and were relatively insensitive;At four nitrogen levels(N0,N3,N6 and N9),’Qhui28’had the highest HSC index among five restorer lines,which proved that it was the least sensitive to nitrogen fertilizer and more tolerant to low nitrogen.In addition to high and low temperature adaptability at heading stage and low nitrogen tolerance similar to’Qhui28’,the hybrid combinations also have strong ecological adaptability.The above results indicated that it may be the high and low temperature adaptability and low nitrogen tolerance characteristics of’Qhui28’at heading stage that determine the wide adaptability of hybrid varieties.
