摘要
为降低装甲车体材料焊接缺陷,以2198-T8铝锂合金棒材为试验材料,用超声波红外图像检测系统对其进行红外图像检测,分析疲劳试验中的升温特性,以及电压、预紧力、功率对温度的影响。结果表明:被测点与中心断裂点越近,温度变化越明显,升温幅度越大;施加应力较小时,升温慢且幅度小;当电压较大时,最高点温度上升,焊接裂纹越明显;预紧力较小,温度上升较小,预紧力为150~200 N时,焊接裂纹最明显,预紧力加大时,检测效果下降;功率较高时温度变化较大,焊接裂纹清晰,更适用于焊接裂纹检测。
In order to reduce the welding defects of armored car body materials,2198-T8 aluminum lithium alloy bar was used as the test material,and the infrared image detection system was used to detect the infrared image. The temperature-rising characteristics in the fatigue test and the influence of voltage,preload and power on temperature were analyzed. The results show that the closer the measured point is to the central fracture point,the more obvious the temperature change is,the larger the temperature rise amplitude is. The smaller the applied stress is,the slower the temperature rise is,and the smaller the amplitude is. When the voltage is larger,the higher the maximum temperature is,the more obvious the welding crack is. When the preload is smaller,the temperature rise is smaller,when the preload is 150-200 N,the welding crack is the most obvious,and when the preload is increased,the detection effect decreases. When the power is high,the temperature changes greatly and the welding crack is clear,which is more suitable for welding crack detection.
