摘要
有序机抛秧是一种新的水稻机械种植方式,其钵盘育秧一般播种后不进行盖土或基质覆盖,存在秧苗素质较差、秧苗生长不均匀等问题。本研究以美香占2号和Y两优911为供试品种,比较了不同盖土方式和壮秧剂的使用对有序机抛育秧秧苗素质的影响。结果表明,使用基质覆盖较传统泥浆覆盖和不盖土增加了秧苗的株高和叶龄,促进秧苗地上部和地下部干物质的积累,同时增加叶片SPAD值,表现出较明显的秧苗素质提升。使用黄土覆盖较泥浆覆盖亦在一定程度上提升了秧苗素质,但其对秧苗干物质积累的影响表现出一定的品种差异性。此外,本研究发现使用壮秧剂可提高机抛秧苗干物质积累量、叶片SPAD、增加根长并控制苗高。综合来看,覆盖基质+使用壮秧剂是提升有序机抛育秧秧苗素质的最优处理。
The ordered machine throwing is a new mechanical planting method of rice. Generally, its tray seedling raising is conducted without soil or substrate covering after seeding and results in the problems such as poor seedling quality and unevenly seedling growth. In this study, Meixiangzhan 2 and Y Liangyou 911 were used as the rice varieties to compare the effects on the quality of seedlings raised for the ordered machine throwing among the treatments of different soil covering methods and use of seedling strengthening agent. The results showed that compared with the traditional mud covering and no soil covering, the substrate covering increased the plant height and leaf age of seedlings, promoted the dry matter accumulation of aboveground and underground parts of seedlings and increased the leaf SPAD value, indicating a significant improvement of seedling quality. Compared with the mud covering, the loess covering also improved seedling quality to a certain extent, but its effects on seedling dry matter accumulation showed a certain varietal difference. In addition, the results indicated that the use of seedling strengthening agent increased the dry matter accumulation of seedlings, leaf SPAD value, the root length and restrained the seedling height. In general, substrate covering + use of seedling strengthening agent is the best treatment to improve the quality of seedlings for the ordered machine throwing.
