摘要
目的观察精准细节优化护理在血透患者中心静脉导管并发症预防中的应用效果。方法将精准细节优化护理实施前(2019年1—4月)和实施后(2019年5—8月)于本院以中心静脉导管为血管通路的血透病例各50例纳为研究样本,实施前后血透者分别设为对照组与实验组,对照组接受血透中心静脉导管常规护理,实验组接受精准细节优化护理干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果实验组血透病例干预后三大中心静脉导管并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将精准细节优化护理应用于血透患者中心静脉导管并发症预防护理实践之中,可取得显著降低相关并发症的可靠护理效果,提升血透者护理满意率。
Objective To observe the application effect of precise and optimized nursing in the prevention of complications related to central venous catheters in hemodialysis patients.Methods 50 cases of hemodialysis patients chose central venous catheters as vascular access in our hospital before the implementation of precise details and optimized nursing(January-April 2019)and after implementation(May-August 2019)were taken as study samples.Hemodialysis patients before and after the implementation were set as the control group and the test group,the control group received routine hemodialysis central venous catheter care,the test group received precise details to optimize the nursing intervention,and the observation indicators of the two groups after the intervention were compared.Results The incidence of complications of the three central venous catheters in the test group after hemodialysis case intervention was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Applying precise and optimized care to the prevention of central venous catheter complications in hemodialysis patients could achieve reliable nursing effects that significantly reduce related complications and improve the nursing satisfaction rate of hemodialysis patients.
