摘要
以泰州城南第二污水处理厂为例,对该污水厂改造前实际运行情况、改造方案、设计参数和改造后运行效果进行分析,并对出现的新问题提出解决措施。通过对原初沉池、氧化沟进行改造优化,新增碳源投加装置和高效絮凝沉淀池,改造成适应“低碳高氮”特点的“A^(2)/O+高效絮凝沉淀池”污水处理工艺,提高污水总氮和SS的去除率,改造后该污水处理厂出水指标稳定达到GB 18918—2002城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准一级A排放标准。
Taking Taizhou Chengnan No.2 sewage treatment plant as an example,analyzes the actual operation situation,transformation scheme,design parameters and operation effect of the plant before transformation,and solves the new problems.Through the transformation and optimization of the original primary sedimentation tank and carrousel oxidation ditch,the carbon source dosing device and high-efficiency flocculation sedimentation tank were added,and the sewage treatment process of“A 2/O+high-efficiency flocculation sedimentation tank”adapted to the characteristics of“low carbon and high nitrogen”was transformed to improve the removal rate of total nitrogen and SS.After the transformation,the effluent index of the sewage treatment plant was stable,reaching the“Emission Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants”GB 18918—2002 class a emission standard.
