摘要
Objective:Developing a frailty assessment scale to identify the frailty of COPD patients.Methods:Through the Literature Analysis Method to form the item pool.The Delphi Expert Consultation Method was used to form the test version scale.Then,the formal version scale was formed by Questionnaire Survey.Results:Through project analysis and preliminary factor analysis,it is determined that the scale consists of 5 dimensions and 24 items.Content validity:the I-CVI of the calculated items was 1.00,and the S-CVI of the scale was 1.00.Structural validity:The cumulative variance contribution rate was 54.015%,and χ^(2)/df was 2.741,and RMSEA was 0.065.Reliability test:Cronbach's a coefficient of the total scale was 0.742 and the retest reliability was 0.802.Conclusion:The Frailty Assessment Scale for COPD(FAS-COPD)has a good reliability and validity.
