摘要
生源多元化高职学生思想具有价值取向多样、人文素养薄弱、自我意识强等特点。针对这些特点,思政教育工作应采取提升师资水平、重构课程生态、创新教学方法、完善考核机械、消除思政课程的“孤岛化”、改变课堂教学“单向化”、克服教育方法“公式化”等措施,以提高高职生思想政治教育工作成效。
With the diversity of students,the ideology of higher vocational students has the characteristics of diversified value orientation,weak humanistic literacy,and strong self-awareness.In response to these characteristics,ideological and political education should take measures to improve the level of teachers,reconstruct curriculum ecology,and innovate teaching methods,improve the assessment mechanism,eliminate the"islandization"of ideological and political courses,change the"single-itemization"of classroom teaching,and overcome the"formula"of educational methods to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for vocational students.
