摘要 为提高城市复杂地层条件下地下连续墙施工质量和施工效率,减少施工对周边建筑物的影响,以广州地铁13号线某车站地下连续墙施工项目为背景,针对施工过程中存在的重难点问题,提出搅拌桩加固地层、旋挖钻引孔、双轮铣成槽、套铣法连接、墙脚清底换浆等关键技术。实际施工过程中,该方法可显著减小成槽机械对地层的振动影响,防止上部软弱土层局部坍塌。 In order to improve the construction quality and efficiency of the diaphragm wall under the complex stratum conditions in the city, and reduce the impact of the construction on the surrounding buildings, taking the diaphragm wall construction project of a station of Guangzhou Metro Line 13 as the background, addressing the major and difficult problems in the construction process, put forward key technologies such as mixing pile reinforcement, rotary drilling of pilot holes, double-wheel milling to form grooves, sleeve milling connection, wall foot cleaning and mortar replacement. In the actual construction process, this method can significantly reduce the vibration impact of the trough-forming machinery on the ground and prevent local collapse of the upper soft soil layer.
