摘要
农村消防安全是振兴乡村发展的重要内容。目前农村公共消防安全工作面临着安全防控体系不健全、消防基础设施薄弱、村民消防意识不足等诸多问题,文章通过走访调研高坪区部分乡村,探究制约农村消防发展瓶颈性问题,在此基础上提出抓住发展机遇,通过做好乡村消防治理体系顶层设计、强化乡村消防基础设施建设、健全农村消防管理组织机构、打造梯次式灭火救援队伍、加强消防安全宣传教育等路径提升农村消防安全水平。
Rural fire safety is an important part of winning the battle of eliminating poverty and revitalizing rural development.At present,the rural public fire safety work is faced with many difficulties,such as imperfect safety prevention and control system,weak fire protection infrastructure,and insufficient villagers'awareness of fire protection.Through visiting and investigating some villages in Gaoping District,this paper explores the bottleneck problems restricting the development of rural fire protection.On this basis,it proposes to seize the development opportunity to improve the level of rural fire safety by doing a good job in the top-level design of rural fire control system,strengthening the construction of rural fire infrastructure,improving the organization of rural fire safety management,creating a hierarchical fire and rescue team,and strengthening fire safety publicity and education.
