因曳引机失效导致轿厢过度抖动的案例分析

摘要 电梯曳引机按减速器的结构不同可分为有齿轮曳引机(异步机)和无齿轮曳引机(同步机)。分析了一则在日常检验中遇到的电梯抖动严重、噪声大的案例,利用便携式电梯运行质量测试仪测量电梯的运行质量,发现该电梯运行时垂直抖动的最大峰峰值严重超出正常值,经过对电梯的分析发现:出现该缺陷的原因是由于曳引机维保不到位,润滑油添加不当,曳引机中减速器蜗轮蜗杆发生点蚀和断齿,导致电梯平时运行出现抖动,运行噪声较大。通过对该案例分析可以为以后检验发现相同缺陷提供借鉴,同时可以提醒使用单位和维保单位遇到此类故障时应重点关注减速器中的蜗轮蜗杆。 The elevator traction machine was introduced,which could be divided into gear traction machine(asynchronous machine)and gearless traction machine(synchronous machine)according to the structure of reducer.A case of serious vibration and high noise of elevator in daily inspection was analyzed.The portable elevator running quality tester was used to measure the running quality of the elevator.It is found that the maximum peak value of vertical vibration of the elevator seriously exceeds the normal value.Through the analysis of the elevator,it is found that the defect is due to the maintenance of the traction machine if the maintenance is not in place and the lubricating oil is not properly added,it leads to the pitting corrosion and broken teeth of the worm wheel and worm of the reducer in the traction machine,which leads to the vibration and noise of the elevator in normal operation.Through the analysis of the case,it can provide reference for future inspection to find the same defects,and remind the users and maintenance units to pay attention to the worm gear in the reducer when they encounter such faults.
