大容量高扬程多级离心式主排水泵性能测试系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前大型矿用主排水泵性能测试自动化程度普遍较低,试验测试精度未能达到水泵性能测试国家标准要求的问题,在现有设备的基础上,对部分设备进行了升级改造,采取了必要措施对测试中遇到的诸如管路震动、电磁干扰等问题进行抑制,实现了对不同形式矿用主排水泵快速性、通用性的测试需求。采用组态王软件设计研制了集组态测试系统、高精度传感器、可升降试验管道及可移动测试平台为一体的大容量高扬程多级离心式主排水泵性能测试系统,已在多家企业进行了多批次产品性能检测应用,其检测条件符合水泵型式试验要求,测试系统运行稳定可靠。 In view of the low degree of automation of performance test of large-scale mining main drainage pump and the failure of test accuracy to meet the requirements of national standards for pump performance test,some equipments were upgraded on the basis of existing equipment.Necessary measures were taken to suppress the problems encountered in the test,such as pipeline vibration and electromagnetic interference,so as to realize the test requirements for the rapidity and universality of different forms of mine main drainage pumps.A large capacity and high lift multistage centrifugal main drainage pump performance test system integrating configuration test system,high-precision sensor,lifting test pipeline and movable test platform was designed and developed by using Kingview software.The system has been applied to many batches of products in many enterprises.The test results meet the requirements of water pump type test,and the test system runs stably and reliably.
