摘要
为提高蔬菜食用的安全性,了解六盘水本地蔬菜农药残留情况,该研究利用农药残留速测仪对六盘水市内3家超市(超市1、超市2、超市3)的5类共12种蔬菜进行了农药残留检测,以期为有效控制有机磷、氨基甲酸酯等农药残留超标问题提供理论参考。
In order to improve the safety of vegetable consumption,we studied the status quo of pesticide residues of local vegetables in Liupanshui.This study used pesticide residue speed measurement instrument method to conduct pesticide residue detection on a total of 12 kinds of vegetables in five types of supermarkets in Liupanshui(super⁃market 1,supermarket 2,supermarket 3).Thus it could provide references to control the organophosphate and carba⁃mate pesticide residues.
