摘要
目的探讨生肌止痛熏洗剂治疗痔疮术后患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析广东祈福医院肛肠科2018年6月至2020年6月收治的接受痔疮手术的患者103例,按照治疗方式的差异将其分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=51)。两组患者均采用外剥内扎术治疗,对照组在此基础上给予高锰酸钾溶液熏洗治疗,观察组给予生肌止痛熏洗剂治疗。两组均连续治疗14 d,并随访3个月。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效和临床症状消失时间,治疗前及治疗5、10、15 d后的疼痛程度。结果观察组的总有效率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的71.15%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组水肿、疼痛消失及创面愈合时间均短于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗5、10、15 d后两组患者VAS疼痛评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生肌止痛熏洗剂可有效降低痔疮术后患者创面的疼痛感,促进肛周水肿的消散,进而加快创面愈合,增加疗效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Shengji Zhitong Fumigation Lotion on postoperative patients with hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 103 patients undergoing hemorrhoids surgery admitted to and treated in the Department of Anorectal in Guangdong Clifford Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were analyzed retrospectively,and they were divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=51)according to the difference of treatment methods.Both groups of patients were treated with external stripping and internal ligation method.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate solution fumigation,while the observation group was treated with Shengji Zhitong Fumigation Lotion.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days and followed up for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,pain degree before treatment and 5 days,10 days and 15 days after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than 71.15%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time of edema,pain disappearance and wound healing time in the observation group were shortened after treatment.Compared with before treatment,the VAS pain scores of patients in the two groups decreased after 5,10 and 15 days of treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengji Zhitong Fumigation Lotion can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients with hemorrhoids,promote the dissipation of perianal edema,then accelerate the wound healing and increase the therapeutic efficacy.
