摘要
目的建立本院区医务人员特异性促甲状腺激素(TSH)参考范围。方法随机纳入2019年7-12月在南昌大学第一附属医院医务工作者健康体检者数据,根据排除标准,共录入1045名体检者,采用化学发光免疫分析法测定血清TSH、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)水平,建立医务人员特异性的TSH正常参考范围。结果所测得TSH值呈非正态分布,本研究建立的新参考范围为0.72~5.46 mIU/L,高于现在本实验室所使用的参考范围。女性血清TSH参考范围为0.70~5.20 mIU/L,男性为0.73~5.60 mIU/L;≤29岁人群中,女性与男性TSH参考范围比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);≥60岁男性TSH参考范围与其他年龄层比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);≥50岁女性TSH参考范围与其他年龄层比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究建立本院区健康医务人员TSH的参考区间,为临床医务人员提供准确的实验室数据,以诊断和治疗甲状腺疾病。
Objective To establish the specific thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)reference range for medical staff in our hospital district.Methods Data from physical check-up of medical staff organized at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from July to December 2019 were randomly included.A total of 1045 check-up staff were entered according to exclusion criteria,of whom the serum thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free thyroxine(FT4),free triiodothyronine(FT3),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)levels were measured by using chemiluminescence immunoassay to establish a normal reference range for specific TSH of medical staff.Results The measured TSH values were non-normally distributed,and the new reference range established in this study was 0.72-5.46 mIU/L,which was higher than the reference range currently used in our laboratory.The reference range of serum TSH was 0.70-5.20 mIU/L in women and 0.73-5.60 mIU/L in men;The difference between the reference range of TSH in women and men was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the population≤29 years old;The reference range of TSH in men≥60 years old was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with other age classes,while the reference range of TSH in women≥50 years old was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with other age classes.Conclusion This study establishes a reference range for thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)among healthy medical staff in our hospital district and provides clinical medical staff with accurate laboratory data to diagnose and treat thyroid disorders.
