摘要
大部分企业生产、经营、审计、规划与建设等阶段均独立管理,资产运营整体欠缺,为此设计了一种基于“三全”的资产全寿命自动评价系统。重点研究寿命分析评价,依据数据中心的历史数据,利用分析环境与不可抗力因素对资产寿命的影响,获取不同因素相应的折损系数,依据设计值求解计量资产的寿命标准值。按照停止运行资产的相关数据,构建多元线性回归模型完成对资产寿命的预测。经验证,设计系统评价结果和实际结果一致性高,将其应用于实际资产全寿命评价中,可大大降低成本。
Most of the production,operation,audit,planning and construction stages of enterprises are managed independently,and the whole asset operation is deficient.Therefore,an automatic asset life cycle evaluation system based on"three com-plete"is designed.Focus on life analysis and evaluation.According to the historical data of the data center,it uses the anal-ysis environment and force majeure factors to influence the asset life,obtains the corresponding loss reduction coefficient of different factors,and solves the life standard value of the measured asset according to the design value.According to the relevant data of discontinued assets,the multiple linear regression model is constructed to complete the prediction of asset life.It is verified that the evaluation results of the design system are consistent with the actual results,and the cost can be greatly reduced by applying it to the life cycle evaluation of the actual assets.
