摘要
为探索农村区域用电安全长效机制,丰富公共安全体系内容,降低农村区域触电伤亡事故,分析了通过开展“农村用电安全示范镇”建设,着力建立与镇街一级政府的长效联动机制,优化农村电力安全管理良好环境,着力推进村社“安全用电明白人”培育,提升农村用电安全自我管理能力,提高安全隐患处置效能,进而增强农村居民的安全感、获得感和幸福感的方法。
In order to explore a long-term mechanism of rural electricity safety,diversify the contents of the public security system and reduce electrocution accidents in rural area,the methods are studied to enhance the self-management in the use of electricity in rural area,improve the effectiveness in handling safety hazards,and thus enhance their sense of security,fulfillment and happiness of rural residents,by building“rural electricity safety demonstration towns”,establishing a permanent town-level coordination mechanism,optimizing the sound rural electricity safety management environment,and pushing forward the cultivation of“Smart Guys of Electricity Safety”.
