冲击危险巷道底板开槽卸压参数研究 被引量:2

Pressure relief parameters of floor slotting in roadway with rock burst hazards

摘要 针对底板型冲击地压防治,切槽机具的成功实践使得底板开槽卸压具有潜在应用价值,但目前对其防冲机理及参数研究尚不深入。本文基于弹性力学板壳理论与动静载叠加诱冲原理,研究揭示了巷道底板型冲击地压机理并得出了底板冲击破坏临界判别式。基于理论分析与数值模拟,提出了将底板应力梯度、弹性能积聚程度及巷道位移量作为防冲效果评价指标用于评价开槽位置的优劣,并将以上3个指标与锚杆(索)锚固深度结合作为开槽深度的判别指标。根据模拟研究,帮角开槽且开槽深度为巷道宽度的60%时,应力梯度减小幅度最大、卸压防冲效果较好、开槽经济,结合锚杆(索)支护质量得到底板开槽防冲卸压优化方案:帮角处开槽,开槽深度为巷宽的40%。研究结果通过现场矿压现象得到了印证。 To prevent and control floor rock burst,successful use of slotting machines and tools provides floor pressure relief as a potential application,but research on the mechanism and parameters is lacking.Based on elasticity theory and principle of dynamic and static load superposition,in this paper,the mechanism of floor rock burst was revealed,the critical discriminant of floor rock burst failure was obtained,and the advantages and disadvantages of floor stress gradient,elastic energy accumulation,and displacement of roadway being used as indexes for evaluating position of slotting were derived through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The above three indexes were combined with the anchorage depth of bolt(cable)as discrimination indexes of slotting depth.According to simulation,when the slope angle is slotted with depth of 60%of roadway width,the stress gradient decreases most,the pressure relief and anti-scouring effect is better,and the slotting is economical.Combined with the quality of bolt(cable)support,the optimal scheme of floor slotting and anti-scouring and pressure relief has been obtained:the slope angle was slotted with depth of 40%of roadway width.The research results were confirmed by the phenomenon of ground pressure.
