摘要
目的:观察加减益胃汤在晚期胃癌胃阴亏虚证患者化疗中临床疗效。方法:2017年1月—2020年1月,纳入60例于无为县中医院就诊的胃阴亏虚证晚期胃癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组患者化疗方案相同,观察组加用减益胃汤,连续口服2周,停1周,3周为1个疗程。3个疗程后评估两组患者的化疗效果、中医症状积分及不良反应发生率。结果:疗程结束后,观察组有效率96.67%,对照组有效率73.33%(P<0.05);观察组胃部烧灼感、口干、泛酸、嗳气证候积分相较于对照组降低(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率3.33%,对照组不良反应发生率23.33%(P<0.05)。结论:晚期胃癌胃阴亏虚证患者在化疗过程中联合加减益胃汤治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善症状,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Yiwei Decoction in chemotherapy of advanced gastric cancer patients with stomach yin deficiency syndrome.Method:From January 2017 to January 2020,60 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients with stomach yin deficiency syndrome in Wuwei County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were included and randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The chemotherapy regimen of the two groups was the same,and the observation group was added with jianyiwei Decoction for 2 weeks,stopping for 1 week,3 weeks as a course of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the chemotherapy effect,TCM symptom score and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Result:After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 73.33% (P<0.05);the scores of heartburn,dry mouth,pantothenic acid and belching in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,and that in the control group was 23.33% (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of modified Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients with stomach yin deficiency syndrome can improve the clinical efficacy,improve symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
