摘要
竹红菌素是真菌的次级代谢产物之一,作为一类光敏化合物,逐渐在食品、医药、农业等领域展现出巨大的应用潜力,其合成、生产、应用等是研究的主要热点。本文综述了竹红菌素在生物合成途径及调控、作用机理与应用、产量优化等方面的研究进展,为创新菌株的种质资源、合理开发利用竹红菌素提供一定的参考。
Hypocrellin is one of secondary metabolite which is origin from fungi.As one kind of photosensitive compounds,hypocrellin has shown great potential in food,medicine,agriculture and other fields.It was wildly research on its biology synthesis,production and application.In this paper,we summarized the research progress of hypocrellin in biosynthesis pathway and regulation,mechanism and application,yield optimization.That will provide references for the innovation of strain germplasm,and exploitation and utilization of hypocrellin.
